1. Who we are

This notice is issued by CrediPro Advisory (AS0516905-W) ("CrediPro" or "we"), the data controller of your personal data. We are a financial consulting firm. We are not a moneylender or bank.

2. Personal data we collect

Through the form on this website: your name, loan type and (optionally) loan amount. The form does not ask for your phone number and does not store data on our servers; your details are pre-filled into a WhatsApp message and only reach us when you send that message
Your phone/WhatsApp number, which we obtain when you contact us on WhatsApp
Employment, income and financial commitment details you share
Information and documents related to a financing application (for example payslips, bank statements, credit reports) if you choose to proceed
Records of your communication with us

3. Purpose

To respond to your enquiry and provide consultation
To assess financing options that may suit your profile
To prepare and follow up on financing applications with your consent
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements

4. Disclosure

We disclose your personal data to banks or financiers only with your consent, for the purpose of your financing application. We may also disclose it to service providers that support our operations (under confidentiality obligations), or where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above. Your personal data is kept for 3 months after your consultation ends and is then securely deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Security

We take practical steps to protect your personal data from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

Request access to your personal data
Request correction of data that is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading
Withdraw consent or limit processing, subject to law
Providing data is voluntary; however, without certain information we may not be able to help with your enquiry
